Frostbow Software Upgrade Policy:

• All point upgrades (5.0 to 5.1 etc.) are free, there is no need to purchase an upgrade. Just install the new version on top of the old version.
  
  (Note: Registered users should use the "Auto Update" feature to upgrade to the latest version. This is available by selecting "Help | Check for Updates..." from the main menu. This will update your registered copy to the latest version. Downloading and installing the Trial version will put the software back in Trial mode. To avoid this, always use the auto update feature. This feature is only available with the Registered version, not the Trial version).


• All major upgrades (3 to 5, 4 to 5 etc.) require a small upgrade fee for registered users of the previous version. If you are upgrading, contact Frostbow Software for your discount coupon before proceeding. Please provide your full name, previous product name, version, and serial number if available.


• Free upgrades. All purchases within 90 days of the release of a new major upgrade are free. You should receive a notification from us with your new key shortly after the new version is released. If your e-mail has changed since your purchase, please drop us a note so we know where to send the upgrade key.
